property immediately and a second contract was signed and closed within 60
days.

entire experience with Cheryl was flawless in every respect.  Her communication with us was always timely
and effective. Her interactions with prospective buyers and their agents on our
behalf went above and beyond our expectations and led directly to a timely
conclusion of the sale on terms that were superb.

In our
many experiences with real estate agents during the past 40-plus years, we have
