Cheryl helped my then fiancée—and now wife—and I find our first home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with her support throughout the process. We were an admittedly difficult case. We were working within a challenging price range, trying to buy during a difficult time of year, and trying to buy in a highly sought after location of St. Louis. Every time we wanted to see a new listing, she worked to accommodate our schedules in a swift manner, often touring homes with us on weekends and during evenings.

 To add another layer of complexity, our offer was accepted right before our wedding and honeymoon. Despite this busy and stressful time, Cheryl communicated thoroughly and went above and beyond to minimize the number of things we needed to handle. She took care of many details that she easily could have delegated to us, allowing us to focus on our wedding and enjoy our honeymoon with peace of mind. 

If we ever decide to sell this home, Cheryl will be the first person we call. We couldn’t be happier with how this entire process went and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
